Q1. Are you a trade company or manufacturer?
We are a laser machine manufacturer. Come visit our factory!
Q2. Are your laser machines easy to operate for new users?
Our laser machines are very easy to use. For those with basic graphic design software, it will only take a few hours to master operation. You'll just need to test sample materials to find the appropriate speed and laser power for your projects. In addition, we provide operating training videos in English and have service technicians who can help you via MSN, Skype, etc., if you have any questions or problems.
Q3. What should I do if there's a problem with the machine?
First, double check that all wires are securely connected and your lens and mirrors clean. Then examine the laser tube and contact our service technicians with the problem. We will respond as quickly as we can.
Q4. What maintenance do the machines need?
A. After 3 hours of continuous working, turn off for about 10 minutes.
B. Keep lens and mirrors clean.
C. The water in the laser tube should be kept fresh at cool temperatures. In winter in cold climates, add antifreeze.
Q5. Do you have a MOQ?
No, there is no MOQ. If you purchase 20 or more sets of laser machinery, we will give you a discount.
Q6. Do you have a variety of models available?
Yes, choose from a range of models to find the laser machine that can best process your size and type of material.
Q7. What is the life-span of the laser tube?
With correct operation, the laser tube has a lifespan between 1,500 to 3,000 hours. (The RECI laser tube has a maximum 10,000 hours. The life-span also depends on your usage. For example, if the machine is used 8 hours per day and the power is set at:
A. 20%-30% of the total power, the service life is about 1-2years.
B. 40-50% of the total power, the service life is about 1 year.
C. 70%-80% of the total power, the service life is about 6-8 months.
Q8: How do I know when the power of the laser tube has been exhausted?
Check the color of the laser beam. New and strong laser tubes appear purple when working. Over time, the beam fades to white.
Q9: Are these laser machines harmful to humans when in operation?
With safe operational procedures to protect the skin and eyes, the machine is not harmful.
Q10: Do I need to buy two laser machines to engrave and cut?
No, our two-in-one machines can both engrave and cut.
Q11: Does the laser equipment need to connect to a laptop or computer?
Yes. Our laser equipment supports Windows 2000, Windows XP, Win 7 and other operating systems.
Q12: What kind of graphic formats do the machines support?
The machines support, JPG, PNG, BMP, PLT, DST, DXF, CDR, AL, DSB, GIF, MNG, TIF, TGA, PCX, JP2, JPC, PGX, RAS, PNM, SKA, and RAW.
Q13: What's the difference between laser tubes with different powers and applications?
1. The longer the laser tube, the bigger and more powerful laser.
2. The thicker the laser tube diameter, the higher the power.
3. A larger laser tube cuts deeper and faster and has a larger light spot. It's best to choose low-power models, such as 40w, 50w, and 60w for engraving and high-power models for cutting.
Q14: Which laser tubes can you choose from?
We offer two kinds of suitable laser tubes to choose from.
|Power||Rated power||Max. Power||Length||Diameter|
Q15：How is the effect of cutting different materials?
|Plastic (easy to melt)||1mm||1mm||2mm||3mm||4mm||5mm||6mm||7mm|
|Clothing (fabric, wool)||2mm||3mm||3mm||4mm||5mm||6mm||8mm||10mm|
